2.3 Please note: high-value or special orders may require additional confirmation.

3. Order Pickup

3.1 To save time, we offer the option to pick up items in person at: Lobio g. 5C, LT-08413 Vilnius.

3.2 Important: pickup is only available at a pre-arranged time.

4. Delivery

4.1 We deliver orders throughout Lithuania. Depending on your needs, we will safely deliver items via courier services or to a parcel locker most convenient for you. Delivery time and cost depend on the chosen delivery method and the quantity of items — exact information is provided during order formation.

4.2 If you have an urgent need, please note this in the order comments or contact us directly — we will try to find the fastest solution.

5. Return Policy

5.1 It matters to us that you remain satisfied with your purchase. If the item received does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The returned item must be:

• Not have lost its commercial appearance
• In its original, undamaged packaging

5.2 If you received the wrong part or it is defective, contact us immediately. In such a case, we cover all return or exchange costs.
