Buying and selling rules
These Terms of Purchase and Sale (hereinafter – the Terms) establish the mutual rights, obligations, and liability between the online store 44workshop.lt (hereinafter – the Seller) and the person purchasing goods in this store (hereinafter – the Buyer). By purchasing goods, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.
1. General Provisions
1.1 These Terms govern all purchase–sale relations between the Seller and the Buyer in the online store 44workshop.lt.

1.3 The Seller has the right to amend the Terms at any time by updating them on the website. The Terms apply in the version effective at the time the order is placed.
2. Protection of Personal Data
2.1 The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy.
2.2 The Buyer's data is used only for order administration, delivery, and payment processing purposes.
3. Placing and Validity of an Order
3.1 The Buyer places an order in the online store by selecting the desired goods and filling in the required information.
3.2 The purchase–sale agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer makes payment for the goods.
3.3 The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order if:
- The goods are not in stock
- The information provided is incorrect or incomplete
- Fraud is suspected
4. Prices and Payment
4.1 All prices are listed in euros (EUR) including VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 The Buyer pays using one of the methods specified by the Seller (e.g., online banking, card, PayPal, etc.).
4.3 The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of goods. Prices are valid from the moment the order is placed until it is fully fulfilled.
5. Delivery of Goods
5.1 Goods are delivered within Lithuania and, if specified, to other countries.
5.2 Delivery methods and timeframes are indicated when placing the order.
5.3 The Buyer must accept the shipment and check its condition upon delivery.
5.4 If damage is noticed, the Buyer must draw up a damage report together with the courier.
6. Quality and Warranty of Goods
6.1 The Seller guarantees that all goods are new, fit for use, and meet the specified specifications.
6.2 Certain goods may be covered by manufacturer warranties, as indicated in the product description.
6.3 The warranty does not apply if the item was damaged due to improper use or lack of care.
7. Return and Exchange of Goods
7.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale agreement and return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
7.2 The returned item must be:
- Undamaged
- Unused
- With all original labels and packaging
7.3 The Buyer is responsible for return costs, unless the item is defective.
7.4 Return requests must be submitted by email to the address specified in the Seller's contact information.
8. Buyer's Obligations
8.1 The Buyer must provide accurate data and ensure its correctness.
8.2 The Buyer undertakes to pay for the goods on time and accept them under the agreed conditions.
8.3 The Buyer is responsible for the security of their login credentials.
9. Seller's Obligations
9.1 The Seller undertakes to supply goods that comply with legal requirements and their descriptions.
9.2 The Seller must provide clear and accurate information about the goods, prices, and conditions.
9.3 The Seller is liable for defects identified in accordance with the procedure established by law.
10. Liability
10.1 The Buyer is responsible for their own actions when using the online store.
10.2 The Seller is not liable for losses arising from force majeure circumstances.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All website content (texts, design, photographs, trademarks, etc.) belongs to the Seller and is protected by law.
11.2 Any copying of content without written permission is prohibited.
12. Final Provisions
12.1 The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to all matters related to these Terms.
12.2 Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, by filing a claim in court or using the online consumer dispute resolution platform.
